- Access the elevator account in MyBecklar monitoring portal. Go to MyBecklar > Accounts tab > Seach the account number > Double click to access the account.
- Once the account is accessed, scroll down to the Devices section. Here, add the elevator device phone number to the Communicator Phone tab.
